I help parents restore calm and harmony to their homes

Magazines such as Time and Newsweek have described parents as living in “mayhem” and “madness” with their out-of-control, undisciplined children. How did our families get to this state? I believe a half-century of parenting advice-with its time-outs is largely to blame. My ideas challenge this prevailing culture, proving that power and authority are as essential as love and good intentions to effective parenting. Time-out is failing parents because it is not specific enough and does not go far enough to adequately address children’s protest behaviors. I have devised a five-step disciple strategy that will take parents all the way to effectiveness and a healthier, happier home. I’ve also identified four common parenting styles that illustrate how parents are losing leadership and encouraging problematic behavior. My private consulting sessions enable parents to reflect upon their own behavior and readjust an unbalanced family structure.

Sleeptime struggles

It’s the end of the day and time for the children to go to bed. Parents take a deep breath because they are weary from a long day, but they know that bedtime is often the most frustrating event of all. There’s an underlying key to these troubles, and once you get at the root, they melt away. I'll show you how!
